All items ship within 2 business days of receiving payment for an order unless otherwise stated. If in the rare case an item is out of stock – the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued for that item and the shipping cost of that item.
We can accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal. All prices on our website are in US Dollars.
We ship worldwide and all shipments are insured. The customer has the option of choosing either Canada Post or FedEx for their method of shipping. Canada Post shipments usually take 10-14 days within North America and 2-3 weeks internationally. FedEx provides tracking info and usually takes 1-3 days. We package our items so as to protect and respect the contents. Shipping prices cover our costs only. International customers outside of Canada please note that higher value orders may incur a customs duty charge depending on your country's tax laws, we can't be responsible for these charges.
Returns are always welcome for exchange or a refund of the item price, please send returns to the address on our contact page and be sure to include a copy of your order slip. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent and within 30 days after the date of payment. If an item is returned not in the condition it was sent to a customer or after 30 days of the date of payment – the item will be returned and the customer will be charged with the cost of shipping the item back. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer must pay to ship the item back to us. If a customer receives an item that is flawed – they should contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
All personal information and Credit Card details given to us by a customer will only be used to service that customers requests and will be kept safe, secure, and private. No personal information will be sold or shown to anyone but our trusted staff. We may send newsletters of sales or new products to a customers e-mail address, but the customer has the option to opt out of this. Your privacy is of the highest importance to Phatmatz.
